Основні обов’язки 1. Продажі та клієнтський сервіс Обробка запитів від клієнтів та сервісних підрозділів. Підготовка комерційних пропозицій та виставлення рахунків. Супровід угод: контроль оплат і робота з воронкою продажів. Прийом і вирішення рекламацій щодо запчастин або сервісу. 2. Технічна підтримка Ідентифікація обладнання та підбір запчастин у співпраці з технічними службами. Надання клієнтам базових технічних консультацій. Взаємодія з електромеханіками та технічними відділами. 3. Закупівлі та логістика Пошук і замовлення запчастин у європейських та локальних постачальників. Координація доставки та контроль термінів поставок. Організація відправки запчастин клієнтам. 4.Документообіг та адміністрування Робота з договорами Первинна документація Вимоги: Розуміння базових фінансових та договірних процесів. Базові комерційні та технічні навички. Грамотна технічна мова. Базове знання MS Office. Досвід внутрішньої та зовнішньої комунікації (з клієнтами та між відділами).
