Będziesz odpowiadać za:   The Regional Coordinator for Mechanical Ventilation and Home Care will be responsible for coordinating the provision of mechanical ventilation services and home care equipment to patients in their region. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.   - Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely delivery of mechanical ventilation services and home care equipment to patients within the designated region. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and vendors, to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and work towards resolving any issues that arise. - Monitor regional performance metrics related to mechanical ventilation services and home care equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Provide regular updates on regional activities and initiatives to senior management, highlighting successes and challenges. - Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to mechanical ventilation services and home care equipment, conducting audits as necessary to verify adherence.   Idealnie pasujesz jeśli:   - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field. - Experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a managerial role overseeing mechanical ventilation services and/or home care equipment. - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing mechanical ventilation services and home care equipment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable plans based on insights derived from them. - Demonstrated problem-solving acumen, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.   Nasza różnorodność tworzy naszą wydajność.
