Job Description Rolls-Royce Deutschland bietet eine spannende Gelegenheit für die Manufacturing Engineer (w/m/d) in Oberursel bei Frankfurt am Main.   Ihre Aufgaben: Bauteilplaner/-in für die Fertigung von rotierenden Bauteilen aus Nickelbasis- oder Titansuperlegierungen in Serie und Neuprodukteinführung. Planung von Arbeitsabfolgen und Fertigungsprozessen unter Berücksichtigung neuer Verfahren nach arbeitswissenschaftlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Erkenntnissen. Erstellung von Arbeitsbegleitpapieren (z.B. Arbeits-, Prüf-, Skizzenpläne, prozessspezifische Anweisungen) sowie Planung und Konzeption der eingesetzten Betriebsmittel, Vorrichtungen, Messmittel u.a. Dokumentation der Fertigungsmethode und Freigabe unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Qualitätsanforderungen und Vorschriften. Erstmusterprüfberichte (FAIR) erstellen & vorstellen. Überprüfung von Spezifikationen (Zeichnung, int/ext Standards u.a.) und technischer Verhandlung mit dem Kunden bzw. Lieferanten bzgl. Machbarkeit, Qualität und Kosten. Abstimmung und Durchführung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen an Fertigungsprozessen oder der Produktdefinitionen zur Verbesserung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität. Fertigungsversuche einsteuern, überwachen und Ergebnisse analysieren. Problem-, Ablauf- und Schwachstellenanalyse mittels Prüf- und Fehlerdokumentation sowie erweiterten Qualitätswerkzeugen (z.B: Werkzeuge der Root Cause Analysis, 8D, statistische Prozesskontrolle, FMEA, Lean Six Sigma, RR Production System). Qualifikationen und Erfahrung: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in relevantem Fachbereich oder fachspezifische Berufsausbildung mit Fachausbildung zum Techniker in relevanten Metall-, oder Oberflächenverfahren jeweils mit langjähriger relevanter spezifischer Berufserfahrung. Erforderliche Fachkenntnisse: Umgang mit Qualitätsdaten: CAD, Microsoft Office Applikationen. berufsspezifische Fachkenntnisse in der Fertigung von Luftfahrtbauteilen / Metallverarbeitung (Fertigungsverfahren Zerspanung und Prüfung). Erwünschte Fachkenntnisse: Arbeitsvorbereitung mit Siemens Teamcenter. Qualitätsmanagementsysteme AS9145 (APQP), AS13100 (QMS) und AS9102 (FAI) Kenntnisse wünschenswert. Gute Kenntnisse in CAD mit Siemens NX, Hilfsmittelverwaltung mit TDM, SAP Manufacturing & Costing.
