Life Unlimited.  At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.  This position provides structured operational support to the complaint handling process by executing predefined and pre-approved “No Investigation Required” (NIP) activities under established procedures and decision trees. The role focuses on accurate data entry, documentation completeness, and procedural compliance, without performing investigative assessments and approval decisions only for NIP. Ensure ethical responsibility to maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient records and private information. It is accountable for setting own work direction and completing work tasks. Other duties may be assigned at the direction of the Regulatory Compliance Investigator Manager. This position is a B1 level What will you be doing? Responsibilities: Execute NIP records based on approved criteria, decision trees, and templates Data entry and verification of complaint records and supporting documentation Perform completeness checks and flag records requiring investigator review Generate standard operational reports and trackers Support continuous improvement by identifying data quality gaps (no process ownership) What will you need to be successful? Education: High school diploma. Technical studies or partial university education in life sciences, Nursing, Biology or Microbiology, Electromedicine Engineering (Biomedicine Engineering), Engineering: Industrial, Mechanical, etc., or other related discipline. Experience: Experience in data entry, Fast typing ability, with an eye for accuracy, Call center experience (beneficial) Languages: English level desired: High. Knowledge: Experience with utilization of SmartSolve, TrackWise or ETQ (beneficial). Must be intermediate user of MS Office Excel (filters, pivots), Word and Power Point. Competences: Ability to follow predefined decision trees and SOPs, No decision-making authority on investigation outcomes, detail Oriented. Must have ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated and organized. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English language, verbal and written. Ability to work independently. Ability to work in an international environment. Strong feeling for Accountability.
