Job Description Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns: ​Erstellung und Analyse von Wertströmen inklusive Potenzialdefinition Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der werksbezogenen Verbesserungsaktivitäten (z.B. KVP, Kaizen) Qualifizierung und Training von Mitarbeitern auf Basis des Produktionssystems im entsprechenden Werk / Werksbereich Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten im Sinne der schlanken Produktionsprinzipien zur Verbesserung des Lean Reifegrades Moderation von Workshops zu Methoden der schlanken Produktion Schnittstelle des Werkes zu konzernweiten Lean Beratung und Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Produktionssystems (z.B. Methoden, Standards, Vorlagen) Ansprechstelle für Fragen bzgl.
