Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform clerical and administrative duties including document processing, record keeping, and report preparation. Receive, classify, reconcile, consolidate, and summarize documents and information from various sources. Maintain accurate records of all processed documents and ensure proper tracking and completion. Compile regular and special reports using data gathered from multiple internal and external sources. Contact customers, suppliers, and employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information and support operational needs. Coordinate administrative workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes. Support the department by performing tasks that contribute to efficient documentation and information flow. What Makes You the Right Fit Experience performing clerical or administrative duties in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills with high attention to detail. Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize information from various sources. Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management tools. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. How Would You Stand Out? Experience compiling complex reports or working with large information datasets. Familiarity with company-specific administrative systems or ERP tools. Previous experience working with cross‑functional or multi‑department workflows. Ability to supervise or coordinate the work of other clerks or support staff. Strong track record of improving documentation processes or workflow efficiency.
