Als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker op de afdeling Sales Repairs ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen van leads en het omzetten hiervan in offertes. Leads komen binnen via onze monteurs op locatie en worden verwerkt in systemen zoals Salesforce en SAP. Na het maken van een offerte verstuur je deze digitaal naar de klant. Dit vereist vaak aanvullende informatie van interne collega’s of externe partijen, waarvoor je makkelijk contact legt en duidelijk communiceert. Je bewaakt de voortgang van informatieaanvragen om snel en accuraat offertes te kunnen versturen. Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving, houdt van het produceren van offertes en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van dagelijkse doelen. Jouw taken als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker: Beoordelen en verwerken van leads tot offertes Gebruik maken van systemen zoals Salesforce en SAP Versturen van offertes naar klanten Contact onderhouden met interne afdelingen en externe partijen voor aanvullende informatie Bewaken van het proces van informatieaanvragen Verwerken van administratieve taken met behulp van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Jouw profiel: Minimaal MBO werk-en denkniveau Administratief en communicatief sterk Accuraat en je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Bekend met Salesforce en SAP Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Wij bieden: Als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker kom je te werken bij dé marktleider van Nederland op het gebied van liften, roltrappen en automatische deuren; een 'Great Place To Work'.
