We are very excited to welcome a new Dutch Speaking HR Analyst to our team! The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems. Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage inbound queries via Ticket Service System from IFF employees  Leverage knowledge base to provide consistent customer service and solutions to employee/manager inquiries Educate employees and managers on HR resources available to them and encourage the use of self-service tools  Redirect/escalate inquiries as appropriate within HR SS (Specialized Services, Service Excellence), HR (HRBPs, Field HR, COEs) or outside of HR (Payroll) Maintain employee data in HRIS systems (employee lifecycle changes) Create, keep up to date employee documentation (personnel file creation, retention)  Apply sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information  Relay opportunities for improvement of daily processes and assisting in the implementation of these initiatives  Support peers with problem resolution and effective use of knowledge tools What Makes You the Right Fit Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written Excellent Dutch language skills, both verbal and written Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred Excellent customer service skills and desire to resolve issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well versed in handling confidential HR information   Working knowledge of MS Office tools, typing proficiency is required  Experience in an HR department or customer contact center is an advantage Experience with Workday and understanding of human resources policies, procedures and benefits is preferred Must be detail oriented and maintain accuracy and timeliness of data entry with high volume of enquiries How Would You Stand Out?
