Engage with cross functional teams e.g., R&D, Commercial, Creation, Operations, Quality, etc. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, MBA, Business Management, IT, Mechanical or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 15-20 years in Procurement or Supply Chain in a Food, Speciality Chemicals, FMCG or Fragrance company. 3 to 5 years of team management experience with direct reports. Prior experience in stakeholder management (Internal and External). Project management experience, people leadership and presentation skills. Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English and global leadership interaction. Ability to engage, motivate people and manage challenges in the organization. Strong mentor skills and ability to coach team members. Experience in identifying, developing and promoting new and existing supplier relationships for global areas. How Would You Stand Out? SAP knowledge is preferred. CPSM or SPSM or related certification in supply chain or procurement excellence. Excellent at Kearney 7 step strategic sourcing methodology for global. Why Choose Us?
