How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   As a part of the E&C Europe Site Activities Department, you would be mainly responsible for managing the field activities during the Construction phase of a site assigned and assisting during the Pre-Commissioning phase if necessary. In this role, you would have two main functions: implementing technical competence and managing the team of his discipline within the project.   You will represent the E&C Europe Site Activities Department to the client, partners, and subcontractors; You will supervise the contractors in your field of competencies with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and cost; And manage the interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors; You will plan the mobilization of vendor representatives; And prepare and implement site-specific working instructions and procedures regarding construction utilizing the Air Liquide standards; You will ensure the quality of construction/installation works according to contract requirements; And report safety deviations and data for the site. Are you a MATCH?   Key to your success will be An Instrumentation engineering background is mandatory Furthermore, it would be good to have an Electrical engineering background You should be able to demonstrate technical experience and strong management and leadership capability; Proven experience in Safety Management during construction activities; Fluent English is also mandatory for this role; Candidates must already be legally eligible to work in Poland.
