Primary accountability for this role is to provide quality competence support by solving complex technical issues identified on equipment and spreading technical knowledge through the organization.   Responsibilities Deliver timely and precise fault finding and troubleshooting of lifts on site Communicate with customers on site regarding day-to-day activities and updates on lift state Create and process cases in Kone Technical helpdesk tool, prepare quality reports after remote support and/or site visits Propose sales solutions to improve equipment reliability, comfort and safety, help sales in assessing the maintainability of equipment before tendering for maintenance contract Highlight development needs of Service engineers, improve their competence by explaining root causes and solutions of the technical issues solved Spread technical knowledge, provide training/coaching to engineers Adhere to health and safety on site at all times Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in trouble shooting and fault finding of a variety of lifts NVQ3 qualification is required, NVQ4 is preferable.
