How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? 1. 負責執行入廠之材料檢查與測試，以確保購買之材料外觀無損傷及型號正確無誤。 2. 負責執行產品測試並符合製造及檢驗程序規範，確保產品出廠前各項元件及零組件的測試及檢查皆符合客戶之需求。(例如:保壓、氦測漏、水、氧、微塵測試) 。 3. 負責竣工測試資料文件製作及保存，按客戶需求提供所需要的測試文件，以證明產品在出廠前已按客戶之需求檢查完畢可正常運作(含功能測試)。 4. 執行產品出廠前最終檢驗、包裝作業、進出口相關文件標示，以確保產品出貨包裝符合規範及客戶要求。 5. 執行測試儀器設備外校及維修業務，以保持測試儀器的可靠度及準確性，確保在使用時可正常運作且量測之數據正確無誤。 6. 執行測試用氣體液罐(N2、Ar)每日點檢維持氣體供應正常，穩定供給電焊及飽壓測試使用，以確保氣體供應不中斷讓生產順利進行。 7. 負責執行QC區域及暫存區域之5S 工作，確保區域內符合5S要求(整理/整頓/清掃/清潔/素養) ，符合客戶稽核及公司內部稽核之要求。 8. 協助無塵室空調系統每日檢點，及定期相關保養清潔工作，確保無塵室空調設備正常運轉。 9. 操作高壓設備(>10kg/cm²)需具備”高壓氣體特定設備操作人員”證照。 10. 其他主管交辦事項。 Are you a MATCH? 教育背景/科系 Education 專科或專技以上機械、電機、自動控制科、代工、化學相關科系畢 工作經驗及特質 Working Experience & Personality 對分析及測試的工作熱忱 一年以上相關半導體設備組裝或測試經驗 About Air Liquide   A world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 72 countries with approximately 67,800 employees and serves more than 4 million customers and patients.
