Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead small‑scope internal or external projects by providing strong technical support and expertise. Demonstrate technical creativity by developing insights and recommendations that support project decision‑making, category strategy and customer propositions, highlighting IFF product advantages. Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients based on trust, collaboration, and technical expertise. Manage and execute technical projects for the Body Care category. Provide creative support on fragrance/technology performance, stability and external demonstrations for customer presentations. Plan and execute complex technical work for Value to Market, Proactive and Analytical projects under the guidance of technical leaders. Implement IFF technologies and explore fragrance solutions that meet consumer needs within the Body Care category. Continuously develop and maintain strong customer intimacy to strengthen partnerships and drive business outcomes. What Makes You the Right Fit Master's or PhD degree in Science & Technology, Cosmetic and Perfumery, Chemistry or any other related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in Fragrance, Consumer Goods or Ingredients/Chemical industry. Strong knowledge of Body Care applications, raw materials and chemical processes. Ability to independently manage end‑to‑end projects with minimal supervision, experience in managing technical staff is an advantage. Proven expertise in fragrance formulation and development, with solid olfactive evaluation skills. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present technical concepts clearly to technical teams, non‑technical audiences, and senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
