Senior Project Engineer (2 years FTC) role will be part of our Engineering Shared Services team and will look to deliver key strategic initiatives across our Advanced Wound Management portfolio; you will lead complex change initiatives, collaborate and guide cross-functional teams and our external partners to deliver results and quality - the role will focus on driving productivity improvements across our global network. What you will be doing? Leading the development and implementation of key strategic projects across our portfolio of products & manufacturing sites. Managing complex changes through the change control process while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation quality. Develop a robust platform to deliver product value, executing projects to achieve business benefit. Delivering key project updates to senior stakeholders to ensure our productivity commitments are delivered. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being a trusted technical leader who thrives in a regulated environment and knows how to bring people together to achieve results. You’ll need: A degree in Engineering or Science At least 5 years’ experience in a science, technical, engineering, or project management role, ideally with knowledge of GMP, ISO9001, and ISO1348 Demonstrated project management experience Proven ability to manage change and deliver projects on time and within budget Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience managing stakeholders including external suppliers and manufacturing operations You.
