We are currently looking for a Senior NPI Project Lead t o lead NPI projects and coordinate an implementation team to ensure quality and timely delivery of operational projects into any manufacturing facility within the organization .   What will you be doing? Responsible for leading the methodical transfer of new products to manufacturing,   influencing  New   Product Development activities cross functionally and across divisional groups .   Identify and implement continuous improvements related to the methods, tools and processes used in the New Product Development Process.   Develop processes to improve all aspects of New Product Development including, but not limited   to:   stage-gate process, project scheduling, resource management, process validation, speed-to-market, quality, documentation, reporting, metrics,   etc.     Provid ing    guidance   to the Project team to   comply with   all S&N Product Development, stage-gate, Design   Control   and Design Transfer procedures.    Responsibility   for resolving quality of work,   timeliness   or priority disputes within the Manufacturing Engineering Design Transfer elements of the New Product Development Pipeline. In conjunction with the quality group lead investigations,   identify   and implement corrective and preventative actions, provide the necessary engineering inputs to appropriately disposition material with minimal supervision.   What will you need to be successful? S ignificant experience   within medical manufacturing   B.Eng   or B.SC in Engineering, Science, or related field   Previous   working within   New   product introduction and design control / design transfer activities is essential and experience   on   managing delivery into operational areas of new products within wound main product groups of   AWC / AWD in particular . Advanced understanding of project scheduling and reporting tools inclusive of risk registers , ability   to create project plans for large complex projects .   You. Unlimited.
