How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Interlocuteur/trice privilégié(e) du site de méthanisation de Pot au Pin, le/la responsable de site a comme mission principale de piloter le fonctionnement de l’unité de méthanisation et d’épuration sur les plans technique, biologique et administratif. Il/elle est garant de la performance et l’amélioration continue du site (sécurité, fiabilité, efficience, rentabilité) dont il/elle a la charge. Il/elle apporte également son soutien à des actions de maintenance sur le site de Biovilleneuvois (47) en collaboration avec le Chargé d’Exploitation et Service région Ouest. GARANT ET RÉFÉRENT DES CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ : Applique et fait appliquer les règles sécurités sur le site à toute personne entrant sur site Identifie et signale au responsable HSE tout écart dans la conduite des opérations en sécurité Implémente en collaboration avec le responsable HSE les actions correctives qui en découlent ​ GESTION ADMINISTRATIVE ET RELATIONNEL EXTÉRIEUR :  Suivi, analyse et gestion administrative, technique et biologique du site Gestion du relationnel et communication extérieure avec clients, sous-traitants, partenaires. Réception et contrôle qualité des intrants Gestion des stocks d’intrants et du digestat Saisies des données de suivi et des reportings SUIVI TECHNIQUE ET BIOLOGIQUE :  Suivi, analyse et optimisation de la production de biogaz Pilotage et participation active aux opérations courantes du site (rondes, chargements) Organisation et réalisation de la maintenance préventive et curative avec les sous traitants Gestion rigoureuse des stocks de consommables et pièces Suivi des aspects réglementaires liés au site notamment ICPE Maintien du site propre et en bon état de fonctionnement Poste impliquant des astreintes d’intervention (nuit et week-end) ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Connaissances et savoir-faire spécifiques Expérience en maintenance électrotechnique, mécanique, fluides et/ou électrique, instrumentation Bases en automatisme et informatique industrielle. Idéalement expérience de conduite d’installation de méthanisation, traitement d’eau, agro- industrielle ou équivalent.
