From assessing gaps and implementing new tools to driving adoption and shaping best practices, you’ll ensure our approach is visionary and future-ready. This role blends technology, process improvement, and collaboration, giving you the chance to influence how tenders are managed across the region. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being a proactive leader who thrives on autonomy and innovation. You’ll bring strong expertise in tender management within medical devices and a passion for shaping processes. Here’s what we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a commercial or digital transformation context Strong understanding of commercial processes including pricing, quoting, contracting, and tendering Fluent in English and Spanish, with any additional European language as a plus Strong experience in tender management and familiarity with tender tools Knowledge of Salesforce, CLM, and CPQ is a plus Self-motivated, and ideally experienced in managing a team or eager to step into leadership You.
