Job Description Rolls-Royce Deutschland bietet eine spannende Gelegenheit für die Position Werkstoffprüfer Metallograph (w/m/d) in Oberursel bei Frankfurt am Main. Der Standort ist zudem Wartungszentrum für Kleingasturbinen für zahlreiche militärische Anwendungen. Ihre Aufgaben: Planung und Koordination von Werkstoffuntersuchungen.                              Anhand der vorgegebenen Normen und Vorschriften geeignete Analyse- bzw. Untersuchungsverfahren entwickeln, verifizieren und freigegeben. Untersuchungen und Schadensanalysen mit Kombination mehrerer Prüfmethoden (z.B. Rasterelektronenmikroskop, Lichtmikroskopie, mech. Kennwerte, chemikalische Untersuchungen, ggf. externe Untersuchungen) planen und durchführen.            Ausbildung und Betreuung (z.B. jährl. Assessments) von Lieferanten. Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen zu Werkstoffauffälligkeiten. Ergebnisse für ein breites Spektrum an Werkstoffen und Fertigungsprozessen bewerten und bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen vorschlagen.          Qualifikationen und Erfahrung: Ausgebildete/r Metallograph, Physiklaborant oder Werkstoffprüfer mit Schwerpunkt Metallographie. Berufserfahrung als Metallograph/in, vorzugsweise mit Nickel und Titanlegierungen. Wünschenswert: REM und ZfP Kenntnisse. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
