What will you be doing? As our CRM Administrator International Ortho, you will become a key member of the Commercial Planning Team and an essential contributor to our Global CRM Program. Your work will help harmonise multiple CRM approaches into one clean and standardised Salesforce environment that supports strategic planning, commercial excellence and asset management across the International Region. You will bring consistency and clarity by configuring Salesforce in a way that enables high quality execution of core commercial processes including account management, segmentation and targeting, opportunity management, territory alignment, interactions and analytics. Each day will bring a blend of supporting users, safeguarding data quality, partnering with IT and security teams and continuously improving how our CRM supports the Ortho business. You will help onboard new users, design user friendly page layouts and troubleshoot issues so colleagues can focus on customers with confidence. You will maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules and data integrations so the platform remains healthy, secure and aligned with business needs. You will support data governance, manage data uploads and migrations and ensure that decision makers have clean, actionable insights at their fingertips. As we continue to deliver releases and enhancements, you will help prepare users, create documentation, support UAT and ensure that new features are adopted. Your work will contribute directly to improving productivity, strengthening the user experience and embedding a CRM foundation that supports our growth ambition across the region. You will thrive if you can • Bring strong experience working with Salesforce CRM, including user management, data models, customisations, security configuration, report building and product enhancements • Apply analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, reduce duplications, support governance and enable high quality commercial reporting • Communicate with clarity and confidence, helping stakeholders at every level understand how to get the most from Salesforce while supporting them through changes across the platform • Hold or be working towards an accredited Salesforce Administrator certification, and bring experience gained in global or regional teams, ideally within medtech or a similarly regulated environment _You.
