Qualification:   MS student in Electrical Engineering/Optical Engineering/Physics or equivalent education. Student must be graduated in 2026. Responsibilities: Hardware/Optical Engineer Intern Characterize tunable high-speed optical transceivers Set up R&D stations Carry on automation in test stations. Write testing software in Phyton/Visual Basic/Labview Characterization of optical sub-assemblies (TOSA/ROSA) Carry on debugging on test stations and modules Carry on Design Verification Tests. Write technical reports Support qualification activities Interact with internal design engineers in US and overseas Firmware Development Intern Develop assigned firmware or firmware tool in C and/or C#. Create and maintain build automation using Jenkins. Develop test software to automated testing of Firmware. Work with other programmers to integrate and test firmware. Software Development Intern Optimize/improve the Test software platform to standardize the Test Status, test platform selection etc. Design and implement the software for Auto updater to deploy the released test software to different servers and different test stations at CM.
