As a Technician (Fan Blade Manufacturing), you will have the opportunity to cover several operations on the shop floor. These may include the use of various hand tools, gauges, fixtures, hydraulic or pneumatic tooling to craft sophisticated and high-precision hollow titanium fan blades. Key Accountabilities: Perform surface prep, TIG welding, surface finishing on various materials Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine the welding process  Work in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures. Implement improvement initiatives, up keeping of 5S activities and housekeeping standards. Qualifications: Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field. Certified in TIG Welding Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings. Must be able to work on rotating shifts and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
