Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be part of the AI and Data team, leading the business analysis function for AI/GenAI and data initiatives. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define requirements, assess feasibility, and guide the development of AI-driven and data-driven solutions. Strategic Planning, Governance, Stakeholder Management Define and maintain the AI/GenAI and data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy. Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure AI and data initiatives meet governance and compliance standards. Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Champion AI adoption across business units by articulating value propositions and use cases. Business Analysis & Solution Design Lead the discussion, documentation, and validation of business requirements for AI/GenAI and data solutions. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for AI and data initiatives. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions. Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for AI and data related applications. AI and Data Use Case Development & Advisory Identify high-impact AI and Data use cases and assess their business value and implementation feasibility. Support the design and prototyping of AI and Data solutions, including chatbots, predictive models, data management and automation workflows. Advise business units on leveraging AI tools such as MS OpenAI, Power Platform, and Azure AI services, Tableau, Power BI, etc. Risk Management & Compliance Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with AI deployments. Training & Change Management Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill business users on AI and Data capabilities. Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of AI and Data solutions. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning around AI and Data Platform technologies. Support & Continuous Improvement Monitor performance and business impact of deployed AI and Data solutions. Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within the IT industry. Minimum 3 years’ experience working with AI/ML and data technologies, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Experience in facilitating workshops with Business Units to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.  Experience in designing end ‑ to ‑ end user journeys using Figma or similar tools, and translating these into clear, impactful stakeholder presentations. Ability to write clear and concise business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field. Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployment. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Ability to interpret data science outputs and translate them into actionable business insights. Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and their business applications. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor business analysts and cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and enterprise architecture.
