Job Description Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repair services. Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance. Proactively responds to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business. Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software. Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations Collaborates with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers. POSITION IS BASED IN MISSISSUAGA, ON and successful candidate must live in the territory Qualifications Post Secondary Degree or Diploma or equivalent within the science field – e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar, or relevant work experience. 2+ years of experience with operation and troubleshooting of LC / LCMS systems. Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential. Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely. You enjoy travelling and visiting customers. Must have valid drivers license Must be able to travel to the US for training Available for up to 35% overnight travel Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $69,840.00 - $109,125.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
