Job Description The Global Segment Marketing team is chartered to drive customer intelligence into actionable insights, helping increase wallet and mindshare across all markets served by Agilent. As a team, our mission is to lead the development of end-market strategies and the execution of cross-functional market initiatives with the goal of penetrating existing and   emerging   markets, maximizing market share, revenue, and growth.   In this role you will   be responsible for   e nabling our   end - to - end   segmentation strategy   that powers Segment Marketing —defining the segmentation framework, building and operationalizing models, and   collaborating with   cross - functional   teams to   identify , target , and measure at scale. This role turns market, account, and user insights into   actionable segments   that improve   strategy, drive   customer value and revenue.   Segmentation strategy    Define and continuously evolve a   multi - method   segmentation framework   to surface high   value customer, account, and market segments.   Align segment ation   strategy to market priorities, growth vectors, and   key opportunities.   Bring   new   ideas   and provide thought leadership   in the area of market and   customer segmentation.   Analytics & modeling   Build and   maintain   segmentation models using appropriate techniques , working closely with   the Segment Marketing Managers, Program Marketing , Sales,   BI ,   Analytics, and Product teams.   Trans late c omplex findings into clear   go - to - market   guidance :  prioritize attractiv e   micro - s egments ,   trends and opportunities by   identifying   unique   data   use   case s ,   and surfac ing   customer buying patterns. Define   segment   level KPIs   and scorecards   that measure the impact of   Segment programs and efforts,   reflecting the market dynamics and Agilent’s market shar e  . Enablement & cross - functional leadership   Lead through influence —coach Segment Marketers, Campaign Managers, and Sales leaders on “how to use” segments, decision trees, and activation plays .      Partner closely with Business Intelligence   and   Analytics to improve data quality, pipelines, and dashboards that show   segment   level performance.   Consult Executive leadership on   Segmentation framework and provide subject matter   expertise   across the organization.     L’équipe mondiale de marketing segmenté se spécialise dans la transformation des renseignements sur les clients en aperçus exploitables, ce qui contribue à augmenter la part de portefeuille client et la notoriété sur tous les marchés desservis par Agilent. La personne qui occupe ce poste transforme les informations sur les marchés, les comptes et les utilisateurs en segments exploitables qui améliorent la stratégie, et génèrent de la valeur pour les clients et des revenus.  Stratégie de segmentation    Définir et faire évoluer en permanence un cadre de segmentation multiméthode pour mettre en évidence les segments de clients, de comptes et de marchés de grande valeur.  Aligner la stratégie de segmentation sur les priorités du marché, les vecteurs de croissance et les occasions clés.  Apporter de nouvelles idées et faire preuve de leadership dans le domaine de la segmentation du marché et de la clientèle.  Analyses des données et modélisation   Créer et tenir à jour des modèles de segmentation à l’aide des techniques appropriées en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs du marketing segmenté, les équipes de programmes de marketing, des ventes, de veille stratégique, d’analyse des données et de produits.  Interpréter des résultats complexes en formulant des conseils clairs de mise en marché : prioriser les microsegments intéressants, les tendances et les occasions en identifiant les cas uniques d’utilisation de données et en faisant ressortir les habitudes d’achat des clients. Déterminer les indicateurs de rendement clés de chaque segment et des cartes de pointage qui mesurent l’incidence des programmes et des efforts du segment, en reflétant la dynamique du marché et la part de marché d’Agilent. Aide à la vente et leadership interfonctionnel   Diriger par l’influence : offrir du mentorat aux spécialistes du marketing segmenté, aux directeurs de campagne et aux gestionnaires des ventes sur la manière d’utiliser les segments, les arbres décisionnels et les scénarios d’activation.    Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de veille stratégique et d’analyses des données afin d’améliorer la qualité des données, l’entonnoir des ventes et les tableaux de bord qui montrent le rendement de chaque segment.   Conseiller la direction générale à propos du cadre de segmentation et fournir une expertise en la matière dans l’ensemble de l’organisation. Qualifications 8+ years in B2B marketing/analytics with 4+ years   working in     customer/account   data   analytics   ; domain experience in complex,   multiproduct   portfolios  within the life science industry. Advanced   proficiency   with   segmentation methods   (clustering, factor analysis),   predictive modeling ,   and   experiment design ; comfortable translating math   and advanced analytical tools (including AI)   into GTM actions.   Strong communicator who   simplifies complexity , aligns senior stakeholders, and enables   commercial   teams to execute.   Qualifications pour le poste affiché : Au moins huit années d’expérience en marketing / analyse de données interentreprises et au moins quatre années d’expérience en analyse des données de clients/comptes; expérience dans le domaine des portefeuilles complexes et multiproduits dans l’ industrie des sciences de la vie . The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $133,120.00 - $249,600.00/yr USD in the US, or $110,186.00 - $194,381.00/yr CAD in Canada, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
