Work Experience Programme Overview Our work experience programme will take place from 20 July to 24 July 2026.  It is designed to give students a broad, practical introduction to global finance and will help them make an informed decision about their future. Our programme offers the opportunity to: Explore diverse business areas and roles within a bank Gain hands-on experience through job shadowing Network with colleagues across our core functions: Global Markets, Global Corporate Investment Banking and Corporate Functions Cultivate key employability skills such CV writing & interviewing techniques Entry requirements The programme is tailored for individuals in Year 12 and 13, with a keen interest in financial services.
