Wij zijn op zoek naar een " Repair Teamleader" in de liftensector voor de Noordelijke Regio.  In samenwerking met de teamleiders onderhoud van uw regio, bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken: Het opstellen van een wekelijkse/maandelijkse planning van de activiteiten Beheer van urgente situaties (herplannen, prioriteiten stellen, dossiers behandelen, enz.) Transparante en proactieve communicatie met de verschillende teamleiders onderhoud Veiligheidsbezoeken en technische terreinbezoeken uitvoeren Bezoeken en communicatie met klanten (oplevering van werkzaamheden, opvolging van opmerkingen, administratieve taken met betrekking tot de werkzaamheden, enz.) Beheer van materiaal (bestellingen, levering, identificatie, enz.) Beheer en optimalisatie van middelen (productiviteit) Ervoor zorgen dat de medewerkers over de juiste methoden voor interventie/installatie beschikken Budgetbeheer (inclusief onderaanneming) U beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden en staat bekend om uw nauwkeurigheid, gestructureerde aanpak, organisatietalent en teamgeest. Ervaring in de liftensector of aanverwante technische gebieden is aangewezen.
