This role currently follows a hybrid work model. Work arrangements may evolve based on future business needs What you’ll do Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth. Be a part of a world class global organization. Design and develop comprehensive scripts and automation routines Contribute to velocity of the team during fullstack development and automation. Bring knowledge in applications of AI for increasing speed to deliver code. Work on delivery of end -end eCommerce workflows. Automate test data creation for testing. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. 4+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation dev. Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them. Programming skills in Python, Django, JavaScript, React, Java, Velocity and Oracle/SQL Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a collaborative perspective. Ways to stand out from the crowd Experience in Code AI tools to gain productivity in coding. Eg. Copilot, Windsurf etc Ability to work in a distributed team environment. Good written and spoken communications skills are crucial. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
