Aufgaben : Fertigungsprozesse vorbereiten und überwachen, inklusive Sichtung und Priorisierung von Aufträgen, Mängel identifizieren und beheben oder beheben lassen, Einstellungen anpassen, Material- und Hilfsstoffversorgung sicherstellen, auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit prüfen, Werkstücke/-stoffe für die Bearbeitung vorbereiten (z.B. Reinigung, Maskierung), Maschineneinstellwerte und Verarbeitungsdaten festlegen und übernehmen, Anlagen rüsten und für die Produktion freigeben, Für korrekte und vollständige Arbeitsausführung sorgen, Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Bereichen der Oberflächentechnik, Abtransport fertiger Erzeugnisse und Abfallentsorgung organisieren, Qualität sichern durch Durchführung von Kontrollen, Mängel diskutieren und Lösungsmaßnahmen ergreifen, Sicherheitsvorschriften einhalten und Wartungs- sowie Instandhaltungsaufgaben ausführen. Qualifikationen : eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z. B. als Galvaniseur /-in (m/w/d) oder Verfahrensmechaniker / -in (m/w/d)), Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht-System, einen sicheren Umgang mit Methoden des Qualitätsmanagements und entsprechenden Qualitätswerkzeugen, Teamgeist, Pünktlichkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
