You will take ownership of our orthopaedics sales performance across the Netherlands, guiding the commercial strategy and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results. From developing national sales plans, to driving market expansion, to coaching and supporting representatives in the field, your influence will be felt at every level. Your days will be varied and engaging, moving between customer meetings, strategic planning, forecasting and collaboration with specialist colleagues. You will lead initiatives that strengthen our market presence, build long lasting partnerships with key accounts and ensure the successful introduction of innovative technologies including robotics.
