In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic Agile environment, ensuring smooth execution of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning to product release. Assist in planning and scheduling projects, prioritizing features, and tracking dependencies and deliverables. Facilitate sprint activities, including planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives. Maintain dashboards and reports to communicate sprint progress and performance metrics. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Support teams. Monitor scope changes, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure resolution. Balance priorities, including addressing customer escalations and feature requests, while maintaining project timelines. Continuously improve team processes through retrospectives and feedback.   What You Bring to the Team Experience: 3–5 years as a Program Manager in software development, with a strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies. Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of software development processes and the ability to manage dependencies and deliverables effectively. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Organization: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Adaptability: Ability to handle shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain composure under pressure. Tools Expertise: Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence).
