We are currently expanding our Global Hybrid Cloud Center of Excellence and seeking a talented and experienced Hybrid Cloud Governance Lead to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. This is a unique opportunity to work within a growing, high-performing team and deepen your expertise across multiple cloud disciplines. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using AWS services. You will play a critical role in our cloud strategy, focusing on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and developing new capabilities that drive innovation within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, security, and operations, to build cloud-based solutions that meet regulatory standards and enable innovation in the healthcare industry. What will you be doing? Design scalable and secure AWS solutions that meet the needs of our medical device products. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment, testing, and monitoring, enhancing our development processes. Utilize infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to manage and provision cloud resources efficiently. Collaborate with software engineering, product management, and operations teams to develop cloud-native applications and new capabilities that drive business growth. Optimize existing cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost efficiency. Establish and maintain cloud governance and best practices across the organization. Stay updated on emerging AWS technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our solutions. Participate in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of cloud initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS architecture and deployment. What will you need to be successful? Experience: 5–10 years in cloud engineering and architecture, with a strong focus on AWS services and designing solutions for regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, medical devices, finance) Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in designing secure, scalable, and compliant cloud-based solutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments DevOps & Automation: Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline) Technical Proficiency: Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting languages (Python, Bash), and AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) Security Focus: Expertise in AWS security best practices, IAM, and implementing security controls in cloud environments Team & Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teams Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820, HIPAA, or IEC 62304 You.
