We are seeking a dedicated Processing Agent with Spanish language to support KONE branches. As a Processing Agent you will work closely with your colleagues abroad helping them to administratively support their business process (from contract creation up to the billing part). In this way you can have a great impact on the quality of our KONE brand and processes in front of our customers and thus help to improve the flow of urban life in the world. What would be your daily responsibilities? Creating customer accounts and responding to internal requests Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (effectively engaging with diverse audiences across all organizational levels) with KONE stakeholders Administrating and modifying important contracts (in SAP) Managing master data and analyzing potential errors (in MS Excel) Supporting billing/invoicing process to ensure end-to-end process Providing back-reporting and quality checks Attending meetings and calls, teamwork What do we offer?
