Business Development Executive – Hospital VIC/TAS Physical well-being is more than just body; it includes our minds and emotions. This role will accelerate growth of Advanced Wound Management (AWM) products in the Hospital channel by managing strategic Hospital accounts. What will you be doing? Achieve sales targets within assigned regions. Review territory plans regularly with Line Manager. Establish sales tactics that are strategically aligned to achieve territory sales and profit growth targets. Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on investment. Be fully conversant with assigned products through ongoing study and revision of product literature. Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate. Actively participate at all scheduled sales and team huddle meetings. Provide support to team colleagues through sharing information, problem solving, contributing innovative ideas, and offering constructive opinions – leading to improved individual and team effectiveness. Be fully conversant with and ensure everyone embraces the Smith+Nephew’s vision, mission, and values in all day-to-day action. Bachelor’s Degree or similar in Business and a valid driver’s license Strong Sales experience in medical sales Proven experience in working and presenting to all levels of Public and Private Hospitals. In depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia, working knowledge of wound care or related area. Computer proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce.com Ability to interpret and present clinical data.
