What you'll do: As Vice President – Global Client Sales Department, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth in Singapore’s corporate segment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with clients to deliver tailored derivative solutions, collaborating with colleagues across Asean countries to support regional sales efforts, and preparing insightful marketing materials that showcase your expertise. Success in this role requires you to balance technical proficiency with interpersonal skills as you navigate complex transactions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and nurture long-term client relationships. Lead the marketing and execution of derivative transactions for Singapore Corporate clients, ensuring seamless delivery, transparency and client satisfaction throughout the transaction process. Build strong effective relationships with Global Clients with the aim of developing an in-depth understanding of their risk management requirements. Support broader sales initiatives for other Asean countries as required, contributing to regional business growth through co-operative efforts. Drive strategic initiatives to foster client engagement and sustainable long term business opportunities Support surrounding business development activities in the Asian region by collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing best practices and insights. Observe all regulatory requirements and bank procedures, maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance. What you bring: To excel as Vice President – Global Client Sales Department, your background should reflect deep expertise in Global Markets products—particularly FX & Rates—gained over at least a decade of professional experience. Your tertiary education provides a solid foundation for analytical decision-making while your track record demonstrates an ability to craft compelling proposals that resonate with international corporate clients. You bring not only technical acumen but also outstanding interpersonal skills that enable you to nurture lasting relationships built on trust. Your commitment to compliance ensures every transaction meets regulatory standards while your collaborative spirit supports wider business development initiatives across regions. Degree-qualified from Business/Finance/Economics or related discipline is required in understanding financial markets. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience managing FX & Rates products within a reputable financial institution or similar environment. Proven expertise translating financial risk management knowledge into tangible and impactful FX and Rates derivative proposals to global corporate clients. Proven track record leading risk management transactions for asset finance situations. Strong understanding of pricing mechanisms for customer deals coupled with attention to detail in reporting requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build dependable relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Commitment to observing regulatory requirements and internal procedures while maintaining ethical standards in all dealings. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams within Asian countries, fostering an inclusive approach to business development. Capacity for continuous learning demonstrated by keeping up-to-date with technical knowledge relevant to derivatives trading practices.
