Für unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir Dich ab sofort als Praktikant/Werkstudent (m/w/d) in der Personalabteilung Young Talents Im Rahmen Deines Praktikums/Deiner Werkstudententätigkeit erhältst du facettenreiche Einblicke in die moderne Personalarbeit und unterstützt unser Team bei kreativen Projekten.  Dabei übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Marketingstrategien zur Ansprache und Bindung von Young Talents Screening von eingehenden Bewerbungen sowie Übernahme des Einladungsmanagements für Assessment Center und Vorstellungsgespräche Koordination von Einstellungstests und Assessment-Center für den neuen Auszubildendenjahrgang Selbständige Bearbeitung von modernen HR-Projekten im Bereich Young Talents und Employer Branding Konzeption und Erstellung von Content für verschiedene Social-Media-Channels Begleitung von Azubi- und Hochschul-Events (Nachwuchs-Recruiting-Veranstaltungen, Freisprechung etc.) Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Werbeagenturen und Messeveranstaltern Unterstützung der Ausbildungsleitung im Tagesgeschäft Deine Qualifikation: Studium im Bereich Personal, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing, Medien, PR oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement gesammelt Du bist sicher im Umgang mit modernen Office Medien Teamgeist, Kreativität und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus Mit Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick verstärkst Du unser Team Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
