Was Sie tun werden Sie übernehmen vielfältige administrative Aufgaben, samt z. B. Sicherstellung der korrekten Zeitwirtschaft und Organisation des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeitender Sie koordinieren und verfolgen arbeitsschutzrelevante Termine und Maßnahmen Sie planen und rechnen Dienstreisen ab und organisieren Meetings und Schulungen Sie bearbeiten Bestellanforderungen, erstellen innerbetriebliche Auswertungen im SAP‑System und koordinieren Werks-Investitionsanträge mit der dazugehörigen Budgetplanung Sie übernehmen Verantwortung als Ausbildungsbeauftragte/r Sie verfügen über Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie entsprechende Berufserfahrung Erfahrung mit Umgang mit MS‑Office‑Programmen, Outlook und idealerweise SAP‑Kenntnisse Kenntnisse in Zeiterfassungssystemen sowie in der Reisekostenabrechnung. Interesse an der Tätigkeit als Ausbildungsbeauftragte/r oder erste Erfahrung in diesem Bereich Eine ausgeprägte Kombination aus Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, die Ihr Profil abrunden Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
