This is your opportunity to take ownership of critical Order to Cash processes, ensure smooth cash flow, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. What will you be doing? You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for cash collection and application, ensuring smooth delivery of period-end close activities and accurate account reconciliations. Acting as an escalation point for critical customer issues, you’ll maintain healthy receivables and high customer satisfaction. Beyond operations, you’ll lead and mentor your team, manage workloads, and champion continuous improvement projects. From audits to KPIs, you’ll ensure compliance with OTC policies and internal controls while representing the team in the local office. What will you need to be successful? Success means combining operational expertise with strong leadership skills. You’ll need: Fluency in English and Spanish , with excellent communication skills Proven experience in finance operations , particularly Order to Cash processes Proven experience in leading a team for 4+ years , with ability to coach, develop, and inspire A proactive approach to building relationships and driving continuous improvement Location: Barcelona, Spain You.
