Our products are in 100 countries globally and supporting this takes a huge effort.     What will you be doing?   This role forms part of the Supply Chain Division. The incumbent is responsible for a team of Loan Set Controllers, co-ordination and the preparation of loan sets and inventory required by Customers. The individual must ensure that all bookings are executed and co-ordinate daily deliveries and collections with their team, as per Standard Operating Procedures.      What will you need to be successful?   T o supervise the activities of their subordinates.   To investigate disciplinary and grievance problems, and to refer them to the Warehouse Manager for further action.   To ensure that all daily bookings are carried out accurately, on time and in full.   Assists with monthly / quarterly stock takes.   Assists with training of new staff on systems and protocols.   Ensures high standards of housekeeping and safety in the OSC. Adhere to Quality Policies and ensure the Quality Assurance becomes a Culture within OSC.     Successful candidates would need the following:     Education: Matric and/or Qualification in Supply Chain or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience within a Warehouse environment. Preferably with a background in the medical devices / Pharmaceuticals Industry.     You.
