Job Description Summary Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, building functional and technical specifications and overseeing build/test/deploy milestones to drive project delivery. This includes defining releases, driving features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation. You are responsible for a successful delivery of the program while working as a team with a dedicated Program Architect, who will be helping with the technical aspects. Detail work include making plan, resource allocation, resource management, documents, tracking program execution, leading verification, releasing software under QMS requirement. Qualification/Requirements BS or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Biomedical engineering or related engineering field 5 years or more experience in software development 3 years or more experience in program execution. Experience in all steps of the software development cycle and knowledge of configuration management tools. Software development cycle knowledge is required. Familiar with one programming language like Java, C++ or others. Experience with Unix / Linux based platforms and familiar with Linux Script like bash/ csh/ perl/ python etc. Good communication skill in English and Chinese. Strong willingness and capability to learn new things fast. MS Project skills, Agile Project delivery, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business stakeholders. Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel. Experience working in complex software development projects Experience in Agile is preferred Desired Characteristics Coordinate ability and lead capability are required. Ability to gain credibility and trust with stakeholders. Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, with an ability to work on and prioritize several tasks at the same time. Must be diplomatic and persuasive, with an ability to handle difficult conversations and confidently manage senior stakeholders. A team player with an ability to positively motivate oneself and others. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, with both technical and non-technical people.
