Job Description Strategize and develop executable test plan to meet project achievements. Develop test concepts and test cases based on the product requirements and specification to verify the compliance of product functionalities, performances, qualities and reliabilities. Execute engineering tests, verification tests, characterizations, cyclic and reliability tests as developed and derived in the test cases. Co-develop hardware test jig and fixtures with R&D designer and vendors Lead test result reviews with partner, compile and write test report. Handle test documentation to meet process compliance and audit need. Investigate failure, verify issues, drive debug and propose resolution of exciting issues to ensure successful release of products. Communicate and collaborate with diverse and global teams (PM, Marketing/internal customers, Mechanical engineers, Application engineer, Hardware engineer, Firmware, Software engineer, production engineer and etc.) and external teams (suppliers, design partners, contract manufacturers, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering from an accredited college/university Typically, 6 years of experience in R&D, NPI or Test Engineering. Good knowledge in basic electronic (DMM, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer and etc.), mechanical (positional, cyclic, temperature, humidity, shock, vibration, altitude, etc.) testing methodology. Good knowledge of C/C++/C# programming. Experience programming in Visual Studio .NET environment is an advantage. Experience with design/ testing of automated equipment, robotics and other instrumentation is added advantage. Good organization, planning, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills coupled with a detailed approach to root cause failure analysis Able to adapt well in a dynamic working environment, eager to learn new knowledge and able to work independently. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
