Responsibility Level: The position incumbent is accountable for providing Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment & Procurement support for SEA Commercial and Marketing functions. Typical Duties: Supply Chain & Order Fulfilment (60%) Secure complete sales order processing for all SEA customers, including preparing of Pro-Forma Invoice, communication with customers to secure sign-off Secure transportation arrangements for all SEA customers in accordance with incoterms (DDP, CIF & FOB), including securing vessel booking, preparation for export declarations etc For DDP incoterms customers, liaise with Clarios Freight Forwarder Service Provider for the shipping co-ordination, including preparation of documents for import declarations, liaising with customers for pick-up Advising customers to prepare for payment before delivery Back-to-back processing of sales orders to Clarios manufacturing sites (Gumi, China, EMEA, Mexico) and partner manufacturer (Yatch) Monthly update SEA customers Joint Demand Plan Input sales orders to QAD, including miscellaneous logistic charges and invoice processing Be SEA Super-User for all master data related to logistical activities Procurement & Vendor Management (40%): Secure the implementation of Clarios Procurement Policy for SEA Vendor Management for internal purchases Vendor Management for SEA indirect procurement: Office Rental & Utilities, IT Expenses, Marketing & Promotional Expenses; including new vendor registration & management Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Legal) to review non-standard terms & conditions Processing indirect purchases: including creation of PR/PO, verifying PO against quotation, matching of Invoices, and any ad-hoc mis-match issue raise by Procurement team Key Interfaces: APAC Sales Support Team APAC/EMEA/Mexico Supply Chain Team APAC Procurement Team APAC IT / HR & Administrative Team Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related curriculum Strong interpersonal skill and experienced in handling customers feedback across multi-cultural environment Good language and presentation skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English Good understanding, knowledge in chemistry and experienced technical and process management preferred Insight Profile Supporter and/or Helper preferred Advanced level of data processing competency preferred. Well mastery of computer skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Regression analysis, etc. Ability to build a collaborative environment Min. 5 years’ experience in related function.
