职责概述：      从事生产的雇员，完成生产，工作有较高技术性，工作应接受上级主管的直接领导。 主要工作职责 ：   1. 学习并了解精益生产理论 , 。 2. 符合工作规范 ( 包括安全 , 质量 ,5S, 效率 , 设备 , 上级要求 ) 。 3. 确保填写的各项相关数据的正确性和及时性，协助工长和组长确保前 3 项重要问题不断获得解决。 4. 参加培训 , 掌握多岗位技术 , 获取上岗证 , 能独立操作并解决发生的基本问题。 5. 参与班组建设 ( 包括自然工作组活动 ). 6. 遇任何事发生，应及时报告上层管理层，做好班组记录，并作初步处理。 7. 与其他岗位或班组的人员经常保持良好的合作关系。 8. 维护班组生产中的安全和执行区域 5S 工作。 9. 维持管理控制系统，支持公司的发展计划。 10. 完成指定的其他工作。 任职资格要求： 》身体健康，吃苦耐劳，能适应 12 小时倒班制 》初中以上学历（认识 26 个字母） 》遵纪守法，遵守公司安全、质量等规章制度 About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
