Aged items resolution on vendor subledgers Understanding consequences of processes in the scope. Following up on issues related to Accounts Payable area. Research and resolution of invoice booking discrepancies Ability to handle regular calls with business partners Working actively with available reports and PowerBI Daily posting and processing of invoices. Month End Close activities (last day of the month) Provide support for internal and external auditors Actively search and indentify invoice autoposting opportunities Assisting in projects on various topics as needed, Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements Proactive application of Continuous Improvement (CI) culture This role requires to work 25% US Time. Working patterns for US shift are 13:30 – 22:00 (Mon – Friday) There are extra benefits for employees covering US time: 30% hourly bonus for every complete shift worked US time One additional meal voucher per day during US time shift Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting 1,5 years of experience in the Finance department General accounting / reporting overview, Understanding of implications to financial statement, internal controls related to the department  team processes and cross-departmental dependencies.  Able to make a linkage between various finance processes MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook), ERP experience (e.g. SAP, iScala, Oracle), B2 level of English Analytical skills Willing to develop, learn Communicative, collaborative and team player, Customer and result oriented Proactive attitude, flexibility The starting salary is at min 1400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria. This amount is our minimal offered salary.
