In the position of Operations Group Head •    Leads the Operations Group, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processing of transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures and local regulations.  •    Accountable and responsible for ensuring the departments of Operations Group are operating within the parameters of local regulations, and MUFG policies and procedures.   •    Support promotion of regional and global initiatives for Operations and ensure local alignment with One Global Operations. In the position of Regional Functional Head of Trade Finance Operations •    Be a key driver for expediting operational standardization and transformational journey and sharing the best practices in Trade Finance Operations across APAC region (excluding China & Japan), to deliver the one Global Operations strategy. •    Strengthen the Operations management support to front offices in new product design and risk management and to complement the functional reporting line for Global Operations. Qualification & Experience: •    Bachelor’s degree •    Solid knowledge and experience in banking operations management •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills             •    Thorough knowledge of MUFG standard operations and procedures •    Sound knowledge of local banking laws and regulations •    Highly independent and organized                 •    Strong people management experience with good coaching, mentoring and leadership skills •    At least ten years of managerial function experience in banking industry, preferably in operations, or other internal control functions.
