Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Preferred +6years of sales, marketing or commercial experience in pharma industry or similar position is a plus. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
