Job Description Summary Kjemisk kontrollavdeling# 3 er en av 6 kvalitetskontroll avdelinger i QO området i Fabrikk Oslo. Avdelingen består av 12 engasjerte medarbeidere med ulik bakgrunn innen kjemisk analyse og GMP compliance. Avdelingen har ansvaret for in-process og analyse av aseptiske produkter, i tillegg til kromatografi på alle produkter for QC kjemi. Vi søker etter en analysemedarbeider med analytisk kjemisk bakgrunn. Stillingen omfatter in-prosess, release- og stabilitetsanalyser av Ultralyd og SPECT produkter produsert i fabrikken. Analyseteknikker som inngår i stillingen vil variere fra visuell partikkelkontroll og titreringer til GC, HPLC, ICP m.m. Job Description Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver: Kjemisk analyse av Ultralyd og SPECT produkter Skrive og oppdatere SOP’er, rapporter, protokoller, spesifikasjoner o.l relatert til aseptiske produkter Initiere og følge opp relevante avvik Sørge for at dokumentasjon er iht gjeldende standarder slik som USP, Europeisk Farmakope, Japansk Farmakope og gjeldende GMP regelverk m.m. Andre oppgaver kan bli aktuelt avhengig av bakgrunn/erfaring   Kvalifikasjoner Kjemiingeniør (Bsc) eller annen høyere universitetsutdannelse innen kjemisk analyse Høy faglig integritet Fleksibel, selvgående, arbeide systematisk Rask til å sette seg inn i nye problemstillinger og metoder, ansvarsfull, takle raske endringer og omprioriteringer, sette høye standarder for kvalitet i sitt arbeide, forvalte tiden effektivt Bred kunnskap og erfaring innen analytisk kjemi. Evne til å dekke flere ulike analyseteknikker samt ta tak i faglige problemstillinger ved en analyse og finne frem til løsninger Kunne presentere og gjennomgå analyser og dokumentasjon på engelsk under myndighets- og kundeinspeksjoner Det er ønskelig med Erfaring fra Kromatografiske teknikker (GC eller HPLC) Erfaring fra kvalitetskontroll eller kvalitetssikring innen farmasøytisk industri LEAN mentalitet og initiativ på kontinuerlig forbedring Gode skriftlige og muntlige norsk- og engelskkunnskaper GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator.
