Job Description Summary This position is in GE Healthcare's MIM Software business which makes vendor-neutral imaging software to standardize your workflow and simplify increasingly complex clinical scenarios. The TSE is responsible for supporting customer needs by responding to incoming inquiries to resolve customer technical issues or configuration requests and delivering personalized consultations. The TSE must be organized and motivated, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate empathy in every interaction. We are currently seeking an individual who has technical experience within a hospital setting and a passion for helping others to join our world-class support team and work alongside us to provide an effortless customer experience. Job Description What You’ll Do: Learn specialized industry-specific software and technical configurations and apply this knowledge to support MIM customers Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to hospital IT, PACS Administrators, clinicians, and clinical staff to understand their needs and provide tailored support Use remote technologies to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and guide customers in software configuration for optimal data sharing  Perform software updates, upgrades, and system migrations Ensure customer satisfaction for every step of the customer’s support journey Act as the voice of the customer by sharing technical insights with MIM’s product, quality, and management teams to improve the software and the overall customer experience  Collaborate with other team members and departments in developing solutions that may be outside of your area of expertise Facilitate technical training sessions for team members, along with cross-functional teams Contribute to departmental operational improvement initiatives What You’ll Need: 3+ years of technical experience within a hospital setting preferred Computer networking, connectivity, and software troubleshooting experience DICOM and PACS experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to provide excellent customer service through actively listening and anticipating customer needs with an empathetic mindset Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide unique solutions to complex customer issues and system set ups Ability to work with a flexible schedule What You’ll Get: Hybrid work environment so you can work remotely as well as enjoy the office Permissive time off A 401(k) with up to a 4% match Tuition reimbursement programs Relaxed office setting where jeans are the norm Free snacks and beverages at the office 24-hour access to an in-office fitness center We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $70,400.00-$105,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
