Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. AVS VBP 项目全流程管理 根据区域VBP战略，协助制定并执行具体项目方案，确保落地效果 以VBP Playbook为指导，跟进项目各环节执行质量，推动持续优化 识别项目执行中的问题与风险，提出改进建议并追踪，提升中标率与效率 2.  跨部门协同与资源协调 协助统筹区域内VBP项目，协调MA、销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源 支持投标流程中的商务文件准备、审核与优化，确保符合各省要求 参与VBP分销商沟通与管理，推动项目顺利实施 3. 加强 AVS VBP Funnel管理 与运营团队配合，加强AVS VBP Funnel 质量，提高VBP能见度 提高VBP 项目从中标到订单转换的商务转换率 4.  政策支持与信息传递 跟踪并解读全国及区域医疗设备采购相关政策，及时向团队反馈关键变化 协助建立与区域政府部门（卫健委\公共资源交易中心等）的沟通机制 与总部政府事务团队保持信息同步，确保执行一致性 Qualifications 本科及以上学历，5年以上医疗器械行业相关经验，具备VBP、市场准入或政府事务背景者优先 熟悉中国医疗器械采购政策及区域政府运作机制 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力与跨部门协作能力 有超声、影像或耗材产品线经验者优先考虑 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
