Job Description Summary In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie Schritt für Schritt an der Übernahme einer eigenen Führungsverantwortung und lernen die relevanten Produktionsbereiche kennen. Als Stellvertretung für unseren Production Team Leader übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serienproduktion sowie unseres Refurbish- und Direct-Repair-Geschäfts. Gemeinsam mit einem cross-funktionalen Team treiben Sie kontinuierliche Verbesserungen entlang des gesamten Value Streams voran und sorgen für eine stabile, qualitativ hochwertige Fertigung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigungsleitung, Engineering und Product Quality gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs aktiv mit – von der Prozessoptimierung bis zur Serienüberleitung neuer Produkte. Job Description Aufgaben: Sie führen und managen als Stellverterter/in unseren Sondenfertigungsbereich mit dem Ziel der Erreichung unserer Standortprioritäten Zu diesem Bereich gehören neben der Serienfertigung auch unser Refurbish & Direct Repair Business Sie treiben Verbesserungen entlang des gesamten Value Streams mit einem cross-funktionalen Team voran Sie unterstützen den Fertigungsleiter bei der laufenden Weiterentwicklung des Bereichsteams Sie unterstützen bei der Serienüberleitung im Zuge der Neuprodukteinführung (New Product Introduction) Sie arbeiten eng mit Product Quality und Engineering zusammen, um den FPY (Stabile Fertigung) zu erhöhen - Effektive Erkennung und Lösung von Problemen Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene technische/wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Meister, HTL) Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem (bevorzugt: technischen) Fertigungsumfeld (erste Personalführungserfahrungen wünschenswert) Sie zeichnen sich durch ein starkes Lean- und Total Quality-Mindset und proaktives Handeln (Zertifizierungen von Vorteil) aus Sie haben eine Hands-on- & Genba-Mentalität sowie einen starken Teamgeist Sie sind engagiert und flexibel, um das Beste für unsere Kunden sowie Shareholder zu erreichen Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Neben einem verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- besitzen Sie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Führungsqualitäten Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu koordinieren Wir bieten: Wir bieten eine rollenspezifische Vergütung und ein wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt sowie Zusatzleistungen, die Ihr Profil und Ihre Erfahrung widerspiegeln. In Österreich müssen wir den Mindestlohn angeben. Für diese Position beträgt die jährliche Vergütung ab 60.000 €.
