Job Description Summary Reporting to the CT Modality Director and working closely with Account Managers and Agents, the CT Modality Sales Specialist is responsible for solution design and specialized sales of CT modality medical imaging systems and related solutions across a defined territory and/or specific accounts. This role offers a high degree of autonomy to develop and execute territory and account strategies in collaboration with Imaging Account Managers and Service Account Managers, with the goal of optimizing revenue and market share while protecting value and pricing. The role operates in full compliance with GE Healthcare sales practices and procedures. Job Description Key responsibilities In this role, you demonstrate an in‑depth understanding of your sales territory, installed base, product portfolio, market and regulatory environment, customer structures, competition, and sales processes. You are therefore responsible for quotation, pricing, opportunity closure, and Win/Loss analysis within the territory. Working in close collaboration with the customer team, you analyze the sector’s potential, ensure visibility of account and territory potential, and provide value‑promotion elements. You guide the customer team in implementing effective functional growth strategies to meet business objectives. Acting as the primary point of contact for medical and paramedical staff, your clinical expertise and commercial skills drive maximum customer impact through prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, value and price protection, and contract finalization. You manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and coordinate site visits within the territory in alignment with the CT Modality Director. With a solid understanding of key operational factors and mechanisms, you work independently while delivering transparent, structured reporting. As a strong team player, you ensure clear and transparent communication that supports the customer team and the achievement of common goals. The role requires strong technical competencies and an analytical mindset to support effective problem solving. To optimize performance, you leverage various internal sources beyond your own team to inform decision‑making. You manage communication with direct colleagues and external stakeholders, contribute to competitive intelligence, and provide insights to the marketing teams.
